Wavecrest West side Beach House in New Polzeath - Stunning Beachside location with sea views, garden and easy walk to Polzeath village.

Wavecrest is over 100 years old and has been refurbished over the years, so as to have been updated, but not comprehensively modernised. It retains some period charm of a family house in a beautiful setting.

Self catering on the North Cornwall Coast with amazing beach, surf and sea views in New Polzeath. 

Wavecrest West side sleeps 6 in 3 twin bedrooms, one of the twins has 2'6 single beds, most suitable for children. There is a traditional family bathroom on the 1st floor and a basic ground floor shower room for wash off from the beach. The West side has a log burner and a smaller kitchen with a large dining table overlooking the beach in the bay window of the living room.

Bed linen and bath mats are supplied, but please bring your own tea, bath and beach towels .

Dogs, (max 2) are welcomed, there is a fee of £30 per dog per week. We ask please that you do not allow dogs on furniture and furnishings, in the bedrooms, or leave them unattended in the house. The West side has a coin meter for electricity for cooking, lighting and hot water, (not for heating as this runs on a deisel boiler) please bring enough £1 or £2 coins to cover your usage. 

If both interconnecting wings are rented together a max of 12 guests (+ a further 2-4 in the Lodge, the self contained annex) can be accommodated. Wavecrest West side sleeps 6 in 3 twin bedrooms,  Wavecrest East side sleeps 4-6 in 2 bedrooms, Wavecrest Lodge sleeps 2-4 open plan.
