Ideally located 700 yards from the long sandy beach of Polzeath, the house is only minutes from the very popular Oyster Catcher pub and its fantastic views across the mouth of the Camel Estuary. Daymer Bay is an easy walk away and it is a five minute drive to the sailing village of Rock as well as to the Black Tor Ferry which operates across the river to the fishing town of Padstow. There are also several Golf Clubs very close by.
The property has been renovated with some recent additions by the new owners and has been finished to a comfortable and thoughtful standard. The house is beautifully bright and also has gorgeous views out across the countryside.

Changeover day is Friday. Arrival time is 4pm and checkout time is 10am

"Overall the house was excellent. Perfect and convenient location with good parking. In good condition and very well equipped for a family's needs. Ros was a pleasure to deal with and the process was clear and transparent and much useful information was provided ahead of arrival.
