This is a lovely ground floor flat with superb access directly down the steps to Polzeath Beach. Ros was very responsive, and the whole existing was seamless for our family of 5. I would highly recommend. Tom. Aug, 2023

The location is great and the house is very well outfitted with a fully stocked kitchen. Fantastic view. The only thing that would be nice is an outdoor faucet/shower to clean up after the beach. But we had a fantastic stay. Thanks.Justin. Aug, 2023

Loved the view. We had a lovely walk up to Pentire Point and many delicious pizzas from the Atlantic bar. We put our little dingy in at Rock and had a lovely lunch at the Mariners. Juliet. July, 2023

We had a fabulous week in Polzeath. It was the ultimate beach experience with amazing restaurants, incredible walks and nothing can emphasis how incredible it was being just across from the beach.
