We have used Lower Deck 4 times since 2017 which speaks for itself. WCBH are always excellent to deal with and have an excellent cleaning team in place to ensure the house is always excellently presented. 
Any minor issues are always dealt with quickly by them.Terry. July, 2022

We had such a fantastic holiday in a super property. Everything about lower deck was perfect! The house had so many extras we particularly enjoyed using the kitchen with all the fab cooking utensils and crockery. We slept so well in comfortable beds and of course the highlight was a daily swim. The children loved the house so much they didn’t want to leave. Unfortunately the bbq was not working but this did not matter as everything else was just perfect. We have already booked for next year. A memorable holiday for all. Debbie. Aug, 2021

We had the most wonderful week at the most fantastic property and the weather obviously made the whole experience even better. On arrival, the property was spotlessly clean and we were all delighted with such high quality and tasteful home furnishings. Every single room had the wow factor with thoughtful touches and beautiful decoration. The complementary items were a lovely, special touch, especially the Moet!  The kitchen was so well stocked with high end equipment and everything had been thought of, from large serving dishes to high quality plastic glassware for using outside. There was loads of additional cupboard space for us to store our food and drink. Even the dishwasher was fantastic, making it a pleasure to load and empty it. The bedrooms were all gorgeous with plenty storage space and again, high quality items such as GHD hairdryers. We loved the balcony spaces, which were huge and well maintained with comfortable outdoor furniture and beautiful potted plants and trees. We also used the gas bbq a few times. The pool area was spotlessly clean and the pool temperature was perfect - we all absolutely loved the pool!The location of the property was fantastic for us. It was always quiet and was in easy reach of Salcombe and local beaches. We honestly had the most fantastic week. It was so perfect for us to relax and unwind along with an anniversary and 2 birthday celebrations. We would absolutely love to return in the future. Emma June , 2021

We stayed at Lower Deck in September 2020 - luckily there were only six of us as Covid regulations were restricting numbers mixing indoors to six. We had the most wonderful holiday after an extremely stressful year and couldn’t have wished for a more beautiful and comfortable environment, with a wonderful heated pool. We all had en suite rooms, the rooms have lovely furnishings and were cleaned to a high spec which was reassuring in the current climate. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped and the dining area has a wonderful view of the sea. The sitting room is also lovely and very comfortable. The two terraces have lovely views out to sea as well as the dining area. There is a beautiful kitchen very well equipped and a joy to cook in. The living room is stylish and comfortable and even had an Xbox though as the weather was so good, it was not needed! We hope to be back sooner rather than later! Trip Advisor. Sept, 2020

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is beautifully positioned with stunning views. It feels very freshly decorated and the fixtures and fittings are all of a very high quality and gave a real sense of luxury. We didn't get to use the pool or outside space due to bad weather, but I imagine it would be wonderful to do so in the summer. Bethan, Oct, 2020

We had a great time in this lovely house. Very well equipped and a short walk into Salcombe. Most restaurants were either closed or fully booked during our stay due to the virus. This meant dining in more than we usually would. The kitchen / diner was perfect for this. Would we stay here again ? YES.  Allan, Sept 2020

We loved the house/flat. We thought that it was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. 
We enjoyed having the swimming pool but were very disappointed that the heating was broken for half the holiday. 
Rachel was very helpful when we needed to ask her about the pool and the dishwasher. We loved Hiring boats and going up to Kingsbridge and South Pool. Over all it was a very good place for a family holiday. David. May, 2019

'The house was immaculate and gave us all plenty of space. Perfectly positioned as to not be too far into Salcombe but everything we needed within easy reach. Pool could have been a little warmer (if being really picky) - would certainly return.

Paddle boarding at Kingsbridge and boat hire at Salcombe for trip along to Crabshell inn were both excellent.'
