Kosel is a delightful 2 storey character one bedroom cottage/barn conversion sleeping 2 adults + 1 child (over 5 years old) in the village of Trewarmett, close to the sandy beach of Trebarwith Strand, yet also near to Tintagel. This charming quirky cottage has an open plan living / dining / kitchen area downstairs comfortably furnished with a seaside feel and one good sized bedroom with ensuite shower, access to the raised garden and a utility area all on the 1st floor. The bedroom has 1 double bed and a camp bed if needed. We welcome children over 5 years (the stairs and steps are not suitable for children under 5 years). Bed linen for the double bed and bath towels for 2 guests are included. There is a charge of £40 per stay for use of the camp bed. Please bring your own Beach Towels. Arrival is from 2pm onwards.
Outside there is an enclosed garden with a gravelled courtyard and sitting areas with BBQ + parking for 2 cars (1 space only suitable for a small car).
We fell in love at first sight with Kosel ( Cornish word for calm). It is our cosy romantic retreat from our busy lives and we feel ourselves relax as soon as we step in the door.
We love to explore the coastal paths and beaches, we often walk down to the beach or pub (1.5 miles, about 20 mins walk there and 30 mins back up the hill) and watch the sunset over the sea whilst sampling the local beers and ciders.
This charming cottage is very aptly named and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
Up to 2 dogs are permitted to stay at the property providing this has been agreed at the time of booking. Dogs must not be left unsupervised inside or outside of the property at any time. A fee of £30 per dog per week (or part thereof) applies.

"A cosy barn convention with everything you need to create a little base to explore the beautiful surrounding areas. We had a 10 month old baby and realistically we would need a 2 bedroom place ideally next time. I’m not sure it’s quite big enough for 2 adults and a child or baby.
