The views from Homer Park are amazing and there are great spaces outside and at ground floor. Loads of space for the kids to let off steam! Ros was a really responsive host both before we arrived and during our stay when we had a problem with the hot water. A great location to celebrate our parents 50th Golden Anniversary! the house was large enough for everyone to have space, great communal areas to get together with the bar, large dining table and living room. The kids loved the swimming pool and it was hard to get them out! All the rooms were ok and better, but the kitchen was on the small side as there was as a large table in the middle that restricted movement. Really quick response times from Craig and Sarah and Ros. Lovely big house with loads of space and a well equipped kitchen and comfy rooms. The house is a little damp, even with the provided dehumidifiers, and the pool didn’t work properly for the first week of our stay. This was the only negative thing. Becky. July, 2020

Nice view and it's very pleasant to walk to Port Isaac. For a family with teensagers and young people, it is a perfect space! Ros is a lovely hoste and the caretaker is very efficient. “16 of us stayed at Homer Park in October 2019. We were greeted with a welcome basket and the place was clean and ready for us. The space was great for the number of people we had. Lots of living space and a large enough kitchen for the team to cook and prepare meals in. The location was great and easy to walk into Port Isaac and a lovely view front and back The only real negative (and it’s minor) that there wasn’t enough toilet roll for the 16 of us!” Terri. Property makes for a wonderful stay in sunshine (swimming pool, large lawn) or rainy days (bar football, 2 large lounges - Easter egg hunts, karaoke, and more). Couldnt find any instructions on how to operate the heating.

We went to Homer Park for an art holiday.The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious. Lovely comfortable beds and lots of bathrooms. The views are lovely and the swimming pool was such a fabulous bonus. The place sleeps 18 but 9 of us with all our equipment was just right. The bar area, games room and second lounge made it so there was always somewhere to go for a bit of peace and quiet.

We had a great week at Homer Park thanks. The house exceeded our expectations & was perfect for our large family group ages 1-90 ! Plenty of space inside & out, stunning views, comfortable & well- equipped. It was great to have so much space in the house and the views were magnificent (even when it was raining!).
The facilities were great, and our only slightly negative e comment was that the lighting in the kitchen (particularly over the sink) and in the dining area could do with improvement - it was a bit too gloomy!

The house is massive, nicely decorated and really well kitted out. The location, about 10 mins walk up a very steep hill, has great views and is handy enough for Port Isaac whilst still being rural. What an incredibly beautiful house and surrounding space for a large number of people who wish to stay in the picture perfect North Coast of Cornwall. My three year old daughter spent most of her time in the heated pool or running around the expansive garden/field close to the house. The cooker's and talkers of the family sat and digested long over due catch up's in the large farmhouse kitchen, whilst those with spirited needs propped up the bar and sofa areas whilst occasionally par-taking in board games and film nights. The whole weekend was made all the more precious as we all had enough space to exist with each other come rain or shine. Great house, beautifully kept, clean and bright with amazing homely touches.
