Chauffeurs Cottage, New Polzeath - Cornwall

The Chauffeur's Cottage (the owners are still not sure where this name came from!) is a self-catering cottage, with accommodation for four people, an upper platform with twin beds accessed by a steep stair (the stairs are probably not suitable for very young children or the infirm), and a sofa bed on the ground floor. There is a shower/loo, and kitchen, all on the ground floor.

This self contained Converted Barn style annex sleeps 4.

Stunning views of beach, sea , surf and sunsets. Annex to Craig Var - or can be rented independently. Instant access to Polzeath surfing beach, coastal path for walkers, great for families and groups. Car Parking space. 

The Chauffeurs Cottage is let on the strict conditions that there is a responsible adult present at all times, and that the maximum accommodation capacity of 4 adults is not exceeded.

Please note there is now complimentary wifi in Craig Var and in Chauffeurs Cottage. There is no TV in the house or the cottage.

Dogs (max 2) are welcome @ £24 per dog, although they are not allowed on the beach from 10am0- 6pm in the summer months. 

Departure Cleaning is inlcuded in the rental rate. Hire Linen and Towels with beds made up for arrival can be supplied @ £22 per person - or if you prefer you can bring your own linen and towels .
