We were a party of 7 booked to celebrate a 60th birthday. The property didn't disappoint!
The property easily accommodated us all in comfort with 4 double bedrooms and a large lounge area. The property is tastefully decorated with an emphasis on luxury.
Location is great, with a view of the beach which is about 5 minutes walk away downhill (uphill back!). Great sunsets from the lounge.
We visited in March so didn't manage to make much use of the outside seating areas,, but in warmer weather they would be ideal!

Our family of 7 had a great weekend break. It's in a great location (you can definitely 'spy' the sea), the bungalow itself is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Keri was a great host, friendly and professional in all communication. Would highly recommend. Paul, November 2018

We were a group of eight women, surfing for a birthday weekend in September. The house was in perfect location, beautiful views and all the rooms were clean and minimal, with touches of luxury. The beds were comfortable, bedding clean and crispy, showers hot and sparkly. It was great having space in the living room for all of us and everything was just easy. Would happily do the same again. 7 of us enjoyed a great week in Polzeath. The house is in a good location, very quiet, but just a 5-10 minute walk to Polzeath itself (beach, shops and restaurants). Gorgeous coastal walk from Polzeath to Rock (then easy to get the regular ferry over to Padstow). Well located for Wadebrige (bigger town for supermarkets + bike hire for the Camel Trail). Short drive to lovely Port Issac and a bit further along coast for Boscastle and Tintagel. All rooms were well equipped: 4 double bedrooms, 2 en-suite, can all be split as twins or singles, very very comfortable beds. Fantastic en-suites - great showers/shower pressure 1 large main bathroom with huge bath and large walk-in shower (again great shower) Big lounge with great corner sofa - great for evening socialising and watching the sun set over the ocean. Kitchen/diner with all the equipment you could need. Not huge, but was fine for 7 adults when we stayed (full Sunday roast for 7 was easy enough to do). Large garden to the rear with very comfortable garden furniture. Well equipped 'shack' with two double beds, toilet and sink. All communications with Keri were quick and easy. Would highly recommend and would be very happy to stay here again when we're next in Cornwall. Peter, September 2018

We had a fantastic week, and the accommodation was perfect. A short walk to the beach but far enough away to feel secluded and away from the hustle and bustle. We had a slight issue with not enough bedding on arrival but one phone call and it was quickly and efficiently dealt with. Would defiantly highly recommend this property!! A great house for a large group. We were 2 families and our 78 year old Dad and weren’t on top of each other. The house is very accessible for anyone struggling to walk and my dad got around easily with his zimmer. The location is ideal for a gentle stroll to the beach with boards, buckets etc and close enough to wander back for lunch. The attention to detail is spot on and Keri has created a beautiful luxury holiday home. Chris, May 2018
We had a wonderful stay in this stylish and practical house 5 mins walk from Polzeath beach. Lovely decked area at the top of the garden. Comfortable beds and quality bed linen. A fantastic base for our family wedding on the beach. I would highly recommend it and feel it is more suitable for adult family groups than those with small children. Catherine, May 2018
A perfect house for a group of friends or a family . Loads of space , finished to a high spec and super clean . Great seating area at the top of the garden to chill out in . Perfect setting as on the edge of fields but across the road is a lane where you can walk into the village and beach in a few minutes Keri was great to deal with too. Highly recommend this place.
