Founded by Ros Renwick in 2006, the West Country Beach Holidays portfolio has grown to include over 40 carefully selected self catering properties in some of Cornwall and Devon's most sought after locations. We offer a wide range of properties from large, family houses to studio apartments, all of which are in wonderful locations within easy reach of the best of the West Country.
Just as every property is different, we understand that every owner has different requirements and as such we provide a bespoke lettings management service that is tailored to each individual owner’s needs.
Providing a personal service to owners and guests alike is at the heart of what we do. All of our properties and bookings are managed by Ros, who works closely with owners to develop an in-depth knowledge of each property and provides the highest quality service. This means you can enjoy peace of mind, knowing that your property is being cared for and enjoyed by guests who have been matched to their perfect holiday home.

Bespoke lettings management.
Whether you would like us to manage your bookings or provide a fully managed lettings service for your self catering property, we can offer a bespoke package to suit you.

A personal service.
All of our properties and bookings are managed exclusively by West Country Beach Holidays owner, Ros Renwick. Ros will work with you to build an extensive knowledge of your property so as to ensure that your bookings will be from guests who will most appreciate what your unique property has to offer.

Flexibility.
We don't impose any restrictions on bookings, so you can reserve time at your property for yourself, family or friends to stay at any time. You can also take any additional bookings that you wish to throughout the year.

Assistance with property management.
We can provide you with suggestions for local cleaners, caretakers and gardeners and, if you require a fully managed lettings service, we can liaise with your housekeeping team to ensure that your property is always at its best.

A low, VAT-free commission rate.
We offer a very competitive commission rate with no hidden extras and currently are not required to charge VAT on rentals or commission. -
Fast payments.
We ensure that you receive deposits and balancing payments for bookings without delay, so you can rest assured that full payment for each booking will be with you before guests arrive.*
