Floraldene is a wonderful spacious family holiday house in the heart of Trebetherick with Camel Estuary views and a very large enclosed garden. The main house has 2 reception rooms, and sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms, but if you need a further 3 bedrooms you can also rent The Boat House for an additional charge . There is ample parking, a huge open plan kitchen, separate utility room and a BBQ area. The perfect ingredients for an amazing holiday with 2 or 3 families . If you rent the Boat House as well your group can operate and cater separately or together - plenty of flexibility.
There are 3 bathrooms (1 of which is ensuite) and a separate WC and an outide shower in the main house and a further 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite) in the Boat House. Both properties have well equipped kitchens designed for cooking for numbers and superb utility rooms.
The main house has four bedrooms. Master bedroom with balcony and ensuite shower, one bunk room, one large twin room with basin and one smaller twin room. There is a family bathroom and another separate shower room. Downstairs there is a large sitting room with fireplace and french windows going out onto a terrace overlooking the front garden, a tv/games room, a large kitchen/diner with larder and french windows going out onto a terrace overlooking the main enormous garden at the back of the house. The house has a boot room, laundry room and another shower room and also has an outside shower.
The Boat House has three bedrooms downstairs - one double with ensuite shower room and two twin rooms and a family bathroom with bath and shower. There is also a laundry/utility room downstairs. Upstairs is one large room with kitchen/dining/sitting with balconies back and front.
There is a shared BBQ and both houses have outside sitting areas. There is parking for numerous cars, a large garden and sea views. Also WiFi in both houses.
Opposite the end of the drive is a footpath going down to Daymer Bay and St Enodoc Church and it is within easy walking reach of both Rock (along the beach) and Polzeath (along the cliffs)
It is very much the owner's family home and the owners, their children and grandchildren have spent many happy holidays there.
Please note that the rates quoted in the Calendar are for the main house (Floraldene) only. If you would like to rent the Boat House as well (3 additional bedrooms and 2 further bathrooms + spacious kitchen/ living area) the additional rental cost for 2024 is :
April 5-May 24 additional £1500 for the Boat House
June 28- Aug 30 additional £2500 for the Boat House
Aug 30- Sept 6 additional £2000 for the Boat House
Sept 6-27 additional £1500 for the Boat House

"Floraldene is the most perfect house for a big extended family holiday. There is space and quiet zones for everyone and a huge garden for younger lot to play football/ do dance routines! The position is incredible as it is a short 10 minute walk over the fields to Daymer bay and a wonderful walk to Rock and along the cliffs to Polzeath. We absolutely love coming here and would highly recommend booking it!"
