Lovely house, brilliant location. We really loved the stay. Perfect location. Walked the legs off the dog and the children.  Surfing in February was great and fantastic to warm up by woodburning stove

Fantastic views especially from the bay window, great location since it feels secluded by a separate cove, but is 5 mins walk from the surf on the main Polzeath beach. A place with family character, with a well equipped kitchen. Only minor reservations: some issues with Vodaphone mobile coverage, but the owners were very helpful and they were resolved. Slightly cramped for 6 teens/adults, but in practice this was not a problem since we were outside most of the time. In a resounding endorsement, my brother has already booked a return holiday! April, 2018
