Village House in Boscastle - UK

The house is suitable for a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children.

Through the front door you enter the ground floor which includes a dinning room with a large table for up to 10 people, a sitting room with two sofas and smart TV, a children’s play room which also has a sofa bed (suitable to sleep 1-2 children), smart TV, books and board games, and finally- a fully equipped, well sized kitchen including a large American fridge freezer (with water and ice dispenser)  and an AGA to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A small toilet is also located on the ground floor.

Up the stairs you will find 4 bedrooms, each with a generous built in wardrobe. The rooms include a very comfortable master bedroom with a super-king bed and en-suite bathroom with an electric power shower, and towel heater. Other rooms include a king size bed, a room with two twin beds, and a triple bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top- top bunk only suitable for children) and a separate second bathroom with a bath/shower.

The property also benefits from a large garden patio with garden furniture. You can hear the passing Trafforda River which provides a lovely and relaxing setting.

There are 3 pubs within a short walking distance.

Boscastle harbour is a 5- 10 minute walk down from the house.

*The entrance to the house has two sets of stairs, which are not wheel chair accessible.

*Available for our smallest guests are a Moses basket with stand and bouncer chair.
