Trebella - Cornwall

Delightful New Build Contemporary house with rural views in St Minver . Sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms  (2 of which are ensuite) + a family bathroom. The open plan ground floor has a log burner for cosy winter nights and fold back doors for peaceful summer evenings. There is off street parking for 2 cars and a village Pub, Church, Post Office and Bus stop all in walking distance. Close to both the family surfing beach of Polzeath and to Rock with its passenger ferry to Padstow. Easy access by road to Port Isaac, Wadebridge, Padstow etc. 

My wife Stella and I found this place after a long search last year. We have been visiting this area for many years and decided to put down some roots. I called it Trebella after my wife who was always called Stella Bella by her father and ‘Tre’ in the Cornish language means a settlement or homestead.

I love this place because it offers easy access to Rock, Polzeath and Port Isaac, open plan living and has the most wonderful views out toward the beautiful moors. You can see for miles on a clear day because we are quite high.  I also find this village welcoming and friendly with its proper pub, post office and beautiful old church.

There is a Nespresso Coffee machine and a travel cot and highchair in the house.

One small well behaved Dog is allowed (by prior arrangement) for a fee of £50 per week.
