Rockside Studio is a delightful holiday accommodation in New Polzeath, located close to Polzeath Beach and to the beach path with access direct to Baby Bay Beach. Ideal for a couple or a family with up to 2 children.

The Studio has a ground floor kitchen and shower room, with living and sleeping area upstairs for 2-4 guests, plus a balcony. Polzeath village is a short walk across the beach at low tide or along the cliff path at high tide.

The Studio now has fast wifi + smart TV. Linen  & bath towels are now inlcuded. 

If you need 2 bedrooms you could consider renting Rockside Annex as well, Rockside Annex and Rockside Studio rented together sleep 4-7 

1 (possibly 2) well behaved small dog with its own bed will be welcomed for a fee of £25 per week. In 2021, Dogs are only allowed on Polzeath Beach & Baby Bay Beach for 24 hours a day from Sept 30 - May 15 and from 6pm -10am only in the summer months, but all coast paths and other local beaches are dog friendly 24 hours all year.
