Flat 3 is a first floor flat within easy reach of Rock, Polzeath and Daymer Bay.

The accommodation comprises:

A light and airy lounge/diner with two comfortable double sofas, kitchen table with benches. There is wi-fi, a TV with Freeview and DVD player, CD player and radio.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker, a slow cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a microwave oven. There is a washing machine and ironing facilities.

Night storage heaters heat the flat and additional wall mounted heaters are in each bedroom for use in cooler months. There is an additional charge of £15 per week from mid September to mid May for the use of night storage heating.

There is an enclosed garden with a picnic table and sun loungers for your use. There are also buckets and spades, body boards, boules etc.

Well equipped to accommodate 6 adult guests + 2 infants.  Please do not exceed this number without contacting the owner.
There are duvets, pillows and blankets for all the beds. A linen service is now included in the cost of your stay. Please state when booking how many beds you require making up and how many bath towels. Swimming towels are not provided. Please do bring a couple of tea towels for drying up or these can be requested at time of booking at a small additional cost.
The kitchen has a supply of ‘basics’  which we ask you to replace if you use them up as a courtesy to the next guests.
The Trebetherick Stores is less than a 5 minute walk away and has super home cooked meals ready in the freezer, as well as fresh bread each morning- croissants, pain au chocolate etc, local cheeses and wines etc. You may also order newspapers. You can also shop online on their website and your order will be waiting for you to collect when you arrive or it can be delivered. You can order basic provisions or gourmet meals!
The ‘change-over’ day is Friday, to avoid Saturday traffic congestion, with arrival not earlier than 4pm and departure by 10am to allow time for cleaning ready for the next visitors.
Price includes a charge for cleaning but please leave the flat in the manner in which you would like to find it.
We understand that breakages happen, so please report any breakages to us so we can replace them. We also charge a £350 security deposit which will be returned to you provied there is no damage.
We allow dogs (max 2) by prior arrangement – an additional £35.00 per dog per week is charged.
Please note that the flat is on the first floor and there is no disabled access although there is a handrail on the stairs.
